Q What information do you need?

Q How does the process work?

A

We will create the perfect event for you. First, we will send you a quote for your approval. Once you approve the order, you will send a deposit. On the day of your event, we handle the setup. You will enjoy an amazing event, and after it ends, we will take everything down. Then, you can do it all again next year.

Q How much does it cost to have an event?

A

We plan amazing events from $2,000- $60,000 with our typical event ranging $5,000-$10,000.

Q How far in advance do I need to place my order? 

A

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and we reserve your specific order items once we receive your deposit. The earlier you secure your reservation, the better your selection of inventory will be.

Q Who operates the rides?

A

Our rides are operated by our own team of professionally trained operators. This team is responsible for the complete process, including setting up the equipment, managing the operation of the rides during the event, and safely dismantling them afterward.

Q Do you have insurance?

A

Yes, we are fully insured. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your event, listing your organization as an additional insured. Safety is our priority and we are SIOTO (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization) Certified.

Q What is included in mechanical ride rental?

A

We set up and take down all mechanical rides. All mechanical rides are operated by our staff.

Q What type of payments do you accept?

A

We accept several payment methods for our services cash and all major credit cards. For schools, churches, and corporations, we are also happy to accept a business check.

Q What type of surface?

A

Mechanical rides can go on any surface as long as it is flat and be driven to be set up. The trackless train can only be on pavement and flat no hills.

Q Can you go indoors?

A

We can hold your events indoors. We can get inflatables, mechanical bull, V-5 , monkey motion into most gyms indoor spaces. You would need a larger entrance for bigger items.

Q Is your equipment inspected?

A

All equipment is inspected by the State of Georgia. Furthermore, we adhere to a regular maintenance schedule to ensure everything remains in optimal working condition.

Q Do you service parks?

A

Yes, due to liability constraints, we are only able to provide services for church, school, and corporate events when operating in public parks. When hosting events in park locations, we exclusively use our own generators to ensure the smooth and successful operation of your event.

Q What is your cancellation policy?

A

We understand that plans can change. We offer the flexibility to move your event indoors, and we have specific equipment suitable for indoor use. You can also reschedule your event within 90 days. We kindly request that you notify us of any rescheduling at least one day in advance to prevent trucks from being loaded for your original event date.
